We offer shoe repair and key cutting services
We have a good rating on Google Maps (more than 4.5 stars). Over the last few months we also have tie ups with companies around the area to offer corporate discounts via EDMs to their staff. These companies include DBS, EY, OCBC, PwC, Citi and NTU.
We have created a stable business that is currently grossing ~$6k per month with 0 marketing spend. This is largely due to our favourable location that has great footfall.
Our services are currently limited to the traditional shoe repair and key cutting services. However i am positive that if we offer higher end services such as bag cleaning services, shoe cleaning services - we would be able to ramp up the revenue.
